  • This is a special group product that starts about one hour before Sunset* and concludes in darkness, after the Zoo has closed to regular visitors.
  • Visit the Koalas, Kangaroos, Wallabies, Platypus and all our other unique animals at a special time of the day. Australian animals generally are most active at dusk and dawn. The magnificent views of Sydney Harbour and City at sunset, are a spectacular bonus for groups choosing this tour.
  • The Tour is guided by Zookeepers who have expert knowledge on why Australia has so many unique animals.
  • The tour can stand alone, or be combined with a catered function within the Zoo.

*Sunset occurs between 5pm (late June) and 8pm (late December) depending on the time of year. It is suggested that the tour group arrive at Taronga around one hour before Sunset, we will advise at the time of booking.
