Arctictis binturong
The Binturong's tail is as long as its body (2-3 feet) and is immensely strong with a small leathery patch at the end for extra grip. They can lay across branches with all four feet dangling and only the tail to hold them on. Taronga's two Binturong, Pepper and Emas, arrived from Singapore in 2005. Both Binturong have settled into their new home in Wild Asia and can be seen basking in the sun and frolicking in their large fig tree.
